本文着重介绍了预测机车车辆故障的诊断技术-振动法诊断技术。用振动法诊断技术可检测机械在运转中的状态,从而判断机械有无异常。并以牵引电动机轴承诊断为例作了分析。根据冲击产生的加速度峰值和有效值,可以判断轴承有无裂纹及裂纹的程度;根据冲击发生的周期,可以判断产生裂纹的零件和部位。由于机车与地面固定设备工作条件不同,不能简单应用市场上出售的诊断装置,而必须开发专用的诊断装置。
