建筑工程管理对于建筑工程而言具有显著的效果,不但可以令建筑工程的质量给予提高,还可以显著确保建筑工程施工的安全。建筑工程管理具有专业性、综合性,在管理中会涉及到方方面面,由此也导致了影响因素众多的情况出现。若要做好管理工作,首先需要明确管理中存在哪些问题、存在哪些影响因素,这样才能够制定出有针对性的对策,然而根据实际情况来看,我国在此方面的建设还有待完善。鉴于此,本文主要分析建筑工程管理的影响因素与应对方法。
Construction project management has significant effect on the construction project, not only can improve the quality of the construction project, but also can significantly ensure the safety of the construction project. Construction project management is professional, comprehensive, in management will involve all aspects, which also led to a large number of influencing factors. To do a good job in management, we must first define what problems exist in management and what influencing factors exist so that we can formulate targeted measures. However, according to the actual situation, our country’s construction in this area needs further improvement. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the influencing factors and coping methods of construction management.
