一、概况 我厂100米~3高炉1978年大修改为自立式。1982年大修时,炉底、炉缸、炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部改为自焙碳砖砌筑,使用约一年后,炉腹以上自焙碳砖内衬基本浸蚀殆尽,由渣皮保护炉壳,加之操作不当,冷却不良,该处炉壳多次出现红点,最后导致炉缸以上炉身下部炉腹上下环带炉壳严重变形达70%,凸凹不平度局部超过100毫米以上,炉体倾斜达2°,热风围管与风口严重错位,风口跑风严重,高炉安全生产受到威胁。经研究决定1985年大修。
