薪酬管理是人力资源管理乃至整个企业管理的核心内容之一,因为它不但关系到企业的经济效益,而且关系到员工自身的切身利益。薪酬管理的中心问题是如何采用正确的方法合理、科学的对员工的薪酬差别进行划分,制定出一套公正、公平、公开的薪酬体系,一套合理的薪酬制度不仅能够有效激发员工的工作积极性、为员工实现目标提供动力从而提高企业的经济效益,而且更能够在这人才竞争激烈的市场环境下保留和引进一支具有高素质、高竞争力的队伍。
