针对马堡煤矿15108综放工作面瓦斯含量高、邻近层瓦斯涌出量大,以及工作面瓦斯易超限的难题,采用UDEC数值模拟方法,研究了综放工作面采场覆岩裂隙演化规律,确定出采空区瓦斯富集区。基于此,提出应用大直径走向长钻孔结合常规本煤层交叉钻孔、采空区插管等瓦斯抽采技术,现场实践结果表明:大直径走向长钻孔可实现断裂带卸压瓦斯的高效抽采,工作面瓦斯抽采率达71.39%,安全高效生产原煤68.1万t,累计抽采瓦斯505万m3,实现了煤与瓦斯的共采。
