“龙虾”,学名喇蛄,是淡水甲壳动物,暗红色,体圆,有大钳。在我国广东、云南、四川、湖北、湖南、江苏、浙江、辽宁等地都有出产。“龙虾”由于味道鲜美,价格低廉,所以很受消费者欢迎。不过,在吃“龙虾”时,如果不注意卫生,不讲究烹调方法,吃生的或半生不熟的“龙虾”,就容易感染肺吸虫病。
“Lobster”, a scientific name, is a fresh water crustacean, dark red, round body, and tongs. In China, Guangdong, Yunnan, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Liaoning and other places have produced. “Lobster” because of delicious, low prices, so very popular with consumers. However, when eating “lobster”, paragonimiasis can easily become infected if they pay no attention to hygiene, do not pay attention to cooking methods, eat raw or undercooked lobster.
