坚决惩治和有效预防腐败,关系人心向背和党的生死存亡,是党必须始终抓好的重大政治任务。我们党依靠制度反腐收到了明显的成效,但是反腐败斗争的长期性、复杂性和艰巨性需要我们深化认识,认真研究反腐倡廉建设中出现的新情况、新问题,进一步完善反腐倡廉的制度体系,包括完善对权力制约和监督的制度、反腐倡廉的法律制度、惩处制度和纪检监察体制。
To resolutely punish and effectively prevent corruption, to have a close relationship with the public and with the survival of the party is a major political task that the party must always grasp well. However, the long-term, complex and arduous nature of the anti-corruption struggle requires that we deepen our understanding and earnestly study new situations and problems emerging from the anti-corruption campaign and further improve the anti-corruption campaign. Institutional system, including improving the system of power constraints and supervision, anti-corruption legal system, punishment system and discipline inspection and supervision system.
