白菜软腐病又叫腐烂病、烂疙瘩、水烂等,全国各地普遍发生。此病危害期长,在田间、贮藏期、销售期等都会引起腐烂,造成重大损失。因此,它与病毒病、霜霉病统称为大白菜三大病害,所有十字花科蔬菜均可受害。此外,还可危害番茄、辣椒、黄瓜、元葱及莴苣等。近年来,我市乃至全省此病都较重发生,使大白菜产量降低,质量下降,给人们的冬贮白菜造成很大的影响。一、症状常见有三种类型:①外叶呈萎蔫状,莲座期可见菜株于晴天中午萎蔫,但早晚恢复,持续几天后,病株外叶平贴地面,心部或叶球外露,叶柄茎或根茎处髓组织
