根据禽流感病毒(AIV)各基因片段两端保守区序列设计锚引物,应用cDNA末端快速扩增法获得了AIV分离株A/Chicken/Shanghai/F/98(H9N2)的血凝素(HA)和神经氨酸酶(NA)全长基因.15个毒株的HA和NA序列比较结果表明: F株与Chicken/Beijing/1/94、Duck/HongKong/Y280/97同源率较高,为94.4%～97.4%, 但与香港人流感病毒HongKong/1073/99、HongKong/1074/99及Quail/HongKong/G1/97同源
