近几年来,我们远安县在大力发展乡镇企业的过程中,充分利用驻县“三线”军工企业的经济技术人才等“资源”优势,着力推进军工企业与地方的经济联合与协作,有效地推动了地方乡镇企业与军工民品工业的联合协作发展,到目前为止,我县依托“三线”发展起来的乡镇企业已达23家,新增企业产值5000多万元。1993年度,这些联合协作企业实现企业总产值6900万元,创利税1130万元,分别占全县乡镇企业总产值及利税的22.1％和36.5％。回顾其发展历程,我们的主要作法有以下几点。
