驻海岛士兵认知状况的调查与分析

目的:调查了解驻海岛士兵的认知状况及其影响因素。方法:随机整群抽取驻海岛士兵1454例为观察组,非驻海岛士兵1602例为对照组。采用中国军人心理健康测评仪中的团体智力量表B式进行测评,比较两组的差异并分析其影响因素。结果:团体智力量表B式(IQ总分)≥120分85例,占5.8%;90~119分1308例,占90.0%;≤89分61例,占4.2%。观察组IQ总分、言语智商、操作智商分值均非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,驻海岛士兵IQ、言语智商及操作智商与文化程度、年龄呈非常显著正相关(P<0.01);与城乡呈非常显著负相关(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度和城乡进入以IQ总分为因变量的回归方程。结论:驻海岛士兵认知状况低于非驻海岛士兵,年龄、文化程度和城乡是其主要影响因素。 Objective: To investigate and understand the cognitive status of soldiers in islands and their influencing factors. Methods: A random cluster of 1454 soldiers in the island was taken as the observation group, and 1602 non-resident soldiers in the island were taken as the control group. Using the B-type assessment of mental intelligence in the Chinese military mental health assessment instrument, the differences between the two groups were compared and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: Group IQ Scale B (IQ Total Score) ≥120 points 85 cases, accounting for 5.8%; 90-119 points 1308 cases, accounting for 90.0%; ≤89 points 61 cases, accounting for 4.2%. The scores of IQ, verbal IQ, and IQ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant and significant positive correlation between IQ, verbal IQ, operative IQ, educational attainment and age in the soldiers stationed in the island (P <0.01) and negative correlation (P <0.01) with the urban and rural areas. The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that age, educational level and urban-rural regression equation of IQ total score as dependent variable. Conclusion: The soldiers living on the island are lower than the non-resident soldiers on the island, their age, educational level and urban and rural areas are their main influence factors.
