经济法学作为一门还没有正式定性的学科,目前在我国许多高校的本科阶段都没有相应的范围可以容纳。所以许多时候各大高校的法学专业在开展这门学科教学的时候,会出现一些问题。故而本文就将针对经济法学教学过程中普遍存在的现实困境进行分析,且提出了其未来发展过程中的理性选择与发展方向,以期避免学术分歧影响到教学效果,并且希望通过努力推动经济法学专业的教学水平提升。
As a subject that has not been formally defined yet, economic law currently has no corresponding scope for undergraduate education at many colleges and universities in our country.
