近日市场有传闻称,淄矿集团拟要约收购华阳科技,传闻称淄矿集团委托齐鲁信托公司,拟以每股8.8元/股收购华阳科技二级市场流通盘7217.5万股的75%即5400余万股,预计所花费用不超过4.8亿元,如此次要约收购完成后,淄矿集团公司将持有华阳科技46.2%的股份居绝对控股地位,相关工作将在报送中国证券监督管理委员会审批后执行。
