基层医疗卫生机构在我国医疗卫生服务中发挥着重要的作用,它不仅能切实维护广大群众的生命安全,还能促进中国特色社会主义和谐社会的建设,推动我国的医疗卫生服务事业的可持续发展。近年来,我国医疗经济体制进行了一定的变革,自实施绩效工资后,基层医疗卫生机构发生了相应的转变。笔者将结合自身工作经验,粗略探究基层医疗卫生机构实施绩效工资后的得失,希望能为医疗卫生服务事业的发展提供一定的参考。
Primary health care institutions play an important role in China’s medical and health services. They not only can effectively safeguard the lives and safety of the general public, but also promote the building of a harmonious society with Chinese characteristics and promote the sustainable development of China’s medical and health services . In recent years, the medical and economic system of our country has undergone some changes. Since the implementation of the performance wage, the primary medical and health institutions have undergone corresponding changes. I will combine their own work experience, a rough exploration of primary health care institutions after the performance gains and losses, hoping to provide some reference for the development of medical and health services.
