伴随我国国民经济的快速发展,在新的市场经济背景下,大学生在毕业之后选择就业已不再是唯一的出路,自主创业行为变得十分普遍。然而基于法律角度来看,我国大学生自主创业仍然存在创业法律制度不健全、创业保障体系不完善等问题。基于此,本文通过深入分析大学生创业相关法律政策存在的缺陷,然后有针对性地提出可行建议,希望能进一步强化大学生创业的法律保障,进一步推动推动我国大学生创业的成熟发展。
With the rapid development of national economy in our country, under the background of new market economy, it is no longer the only way out for college students to choose employment after graduation. The behavior of self-employment has become very common. However, from a legal point of view, there are still some problems such as the imperfect legal system of entrepreneurship and the imperfect establishment of entrepreneurial guarantee system for independent college students in our country. Based on this, through in-depth analysis of the existing defects of the law related to entrepreneurship, and then put forward feasible suggestions, hoping to further strengthen the legal protection for college students to start business, to further promote the mature development of college students entrepreneurship.
