阐述了基于电解质型倾角传感器的寻北仪基座倾角测量系统的工作原理。为了得到基座准确的倾斜量,测量系统首先必须进行零位标定,即在基座倾角为零时,要确定系统的输出电压。考虑到系统的输出电压会受到温度、运输、振动、放置变形、传感器安装调校误差及电路电桥非严格对称等各种环境因素的影响,标定的零位并不是固定不变的。为了提高测量精度,设计了一套全新的动态标零方法,即在测量过程中,临时标定零位,从而消除系统误差的影响。
The working principle of the north-finder pedestal inclination measuring system based on the electrolyte tilt sensor is described. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, a new dynamic zeroing method has been designed, that is, zeroing is temporarily calibrated in the measurement process to eliminate the influence of system error.
