目的探析人性化护理在血透室中的护理措施和实际应用价值。方法选取我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的50名血液透析患者,并将所有患者随机分成对照组和实验组各25例。其中对照组患者采取常规护理手段,而实验组患者在常规护理手段基础上介入人性化护理措施。根据SF-36生活质量表,对患者的情感、生活满意度、健康指数及生活满意度进行评价,所得的分值越高,表示患者的生活质量越好。结果通过对对照组和实验组两组患者的生活质量进行评分发现,实验组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,且两组患者的差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在血透室中实施人性化护理措施能够有效地提高患者的满意度,让患者享受更优质的护理服务,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and practical value of humanized nursing in the hemodialysis room. Methods Fifty hemodialysis patients from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and all patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 25 cases. The control group of patients to take routine care, while the experimental group of patients on the basis of routine nursing interventional humanized nursing interventions. According to the SF-36 quality of life table, patients’ feelings, life satisfaction, health index and life satisfaction were evaluated. The higher the score, the better the quality of life of patients. Results The scores of quality of life in control group and experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing intervention in hemodialysis room can effectively improve patient satisfaction, enable patients to enjoy better quality nursing services and improve patients’ quality of life.
