Floods in mountainous rivers are characterized by heavy flies, skyrocketing, concentrated water and often carrying large amounts of debris. The bridge is destroyed due to debris blocking the bridge or impacting the bridge across the structure. A low-water wooden bridge in our custody has been destroyed several times. As in 1962 the upper reaches of the floating tree bar into the bridge span, the role of the flood as a crowbar actually destroyed the bridge superstructure and column. In view of this situation, we have taken several lessons learned from the destruction and, based on the characteristics of the river, we tried out the anti-floating net to protect the bridge. After three years of practice, this method of flood control was effective
