回顾2000年国内企业间并购重组经典个案,彭作义无疑是最出风头的人物。自1996年出任青岛啤酒集团总经理,彭作义一手主导了青啤的并购战役,仅数年时间就并购国内啤酒企业28家,产量由38万吨猛增到180万吨。彭作义铁了心要把青啤并购之路走到底,因为他认准了一个理:“没有市场的名牌,算什么名牌?没有产量与市场这两条腿,青啤永远走不远。”在他看来,大规模并购也是青啤多年来“有品牌,无规则”现状
