目的建立白酒中乙醇浓度的毛细管柱气相色谱测定方法。方法样品无需处理,直接进样。利用毛细管色谱柱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器测定,将气相色谱测得的结果与国标方法 GB/T5009.48-2003测定的结果进行比较分析。结果在0.02%Vol%~100%Vol范围具有良好的线性,相关系数r=0.9995,最低检出限为0.002%Vol,8次平行进样的相对标准偏差为0.28%,当样品添加浓度在3.3%Vol~48.6%Vol范围内时,方法回收率范围为93.3~99.6%。结论该气相色谱法测定白酒中乙醇浓度的结果与国标方法测定结果无显著性差异,且操作简便,灵敏度与准确度高,最低检出限和回收率均符合分析测定的要求,是检测白酒中乙醇浓度的有效定量方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethanol concentration in white spirit by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Samples are processed and injected directly. Using capillary column separation, hydrogen flame ionization detector determination, the results of gas chromatography and GB GB / T5009.48-2003 test results were compared. The results showed good linearity in the range of 0.02% Vol% ~ 100% Vol, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the lowest detection limit was 0.002% Vol, and the relative standard deviation of eight parallel injections was 0.28%. When the sample concentration was 3.3 % Vol ~ 48.6% Vol range, the method recovery ranged from 93.3% to 99.6%. Conclusion The results of gas chromatography determination of ethanol concentration in white wine and national standard method of determination results no significant difference, and the simple operation, high sensitivity and accuracy, the minimum detection limit and recovery are in line with the analysis and determination of the requirements of the detection of white wine An Effective Quantitative Method for Ethanol Concentration.
