正电子发射断层与计算机断层成像(PET/CT)是将PET与CT 2种图像加以融合,PET提供病灶的代谢信息,CT显示病灶的解剖特征.利用PET/CT进行一次扫描可获得全身断层图像,可以高度敏感地反映体内生理及生化过程并对其精确定位.自1998年PET/CT机用于医疗体系以来,作为临床上重要的影像学诊断工具,近年来已被逐渐应用于检测眼部肿瘤,如脉络膜黑色素瘤、脉络膜转移癌、视网膜母细胞瘤、眼部淋巴瘤、泪腺腺样囊性癌等.就PET/CT的原理、标准摄取值(SUV)在临床中的应用价值以及PET/CT在眼部的临床应用进展进行综述.
