背景:9月19日,“全党深入学习实践科学发展观活动动员大会”在京举行。中央决定,从2008年9月开始,用一年半左右时间,在全党分批开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。《中共中央关于在全党开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动的意见》明确提出,突出实践特色是开展学习实践活动必须把握的重要原则之一。
Background: On September 19, “the mobilization meeting of all party members in deepening the study and practice of the scientific concept of development” was held in Beijing. The Central Government decided that starting from September 2008, it will take about a year and a half for the entire party to carry out in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development. The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on All-Party Activities for Studying and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development clearly put forward that highlighting practical features is one of the important principles that must be grasped to carry out study and practice activities.
