目的研究联苯菊酯悬浮剂中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法使用Agilent 5 HC-C18柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,在203 nm波长下检测联苯菊酯悬浮剂中的药物含量。结果联苯菊酯的线性相关系数为1.000 0,5%联苯菊酯悬浮剂、7.5%联苯菊酯悬浮剂、15%联苯菊酯悬浮剂标准偏差分别为0.049、0.059、0.128,变异系数分别为0.98%、0.89%、0.88%,平均回收率分别为99.31%、100.64%、99.86%。结论该方法简便、快速,线性关系好,精密度和准确度较高,适用于联苯菊酯悬浮剂的含量检测。
Objective To study the method for the determination of active ingredients in bifenthrin suspension by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The Agilent 5 HC-C18 column and UV-vis detector were used to determine the drug content in bifenthrazone suspension at a wavelength of 203 nm using methanol-water as the mobile phase. Results The linear correlation coefficients of bifenthrin were 1.000 0, 5% bifenthrin suspension, 7.5% bifenthrin suspension and 15% bifenthrin. The standard deviations were 0.049, 0.059, 0.128, respectively The coefficients were 0.98%, 0.89% and 0.88% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.31%, 100.64% and 99.86% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, good linearity, high precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of bifenthrin suspension.
