婴幼儿患泌尿道感染较重者，可能伴黄疸，已有报导。年长儿童则少见。故易误为其它系统的疾患。本文报导一个8岁女孩患伴有黄疸的泌尿道感染。
Infants suffering from urinary tract infections heavier, may be associated with jaundice, has been reported. Older children are rare. It is easy to mistaken for other system disorders. This article reports on an 8 year old girl suffering from urinary tract infection with jaundice.
