在风景秀丽的澳洲大陆。活跃着一个以促进澳大利亚与亚州民间及政府间的文化艺术交流和友好往来合作为宗旨的组织——澳大利亚州文化艺术中心。 今年春天,该中心热情邀请中国青少年小钢琴家为主体的中国音乐家协会音乐代表团赴澳友好访问、举办音乐会。 近期,中心又请澳国内著名音乐家、学者组成评委会,在全国范围内精心挑选出12名小演奏家,最小的9岁,最大的16岁组成访华团,将于8月29日下午在北京音乐厅向中国观众献上一台曲目多样,内容丰富的演唱演奏会。他们将用钢琴、管风琴、大提琴、小提琴、竖琴、长笛、吉它等各种乐器演奏世界古曲和现代作品近五十多首,其中包括中国著名作曲家贺绿汀的《牧童短笛》,陈钢、何占豪的《梁祝》等。
