为了对巷道帮部支护参数进行优化,以新矿集团翟镇煤矿的支护实践经验为依据,通过建立力学模型,得出巷道帮部支护锚杆长度的计算公式。通过分析全煤(岩)、半煤岩条件下帮部锚杆的支护参数,得出在不同巷道高度、围岩属性条件下,帮部锚杆的支护参数不同的结论。同时,提出并阐述了帮部45°弱面剪切支护理论,以此理论为参考,对6404W运输巷和31104E中间巷两个具有代表性的巷道进行试验,结果证明:6404W运输巷需要加强支护,增加帮部锚杆的长度和数量,31104E中间巷需要削弱支护,帮部打设两根锚杆即可满足要求。
In order to optimize the parameters of roadway gang supporting, based on the practice of supporting Zhaizhen coal mine in New Mine Group, the formula for calculating the length of bolt supporting gangway in the roadway was obtained through the establishment of mechanical model. By analyzing the supporting parameters of rock bolting under the conditions of total coal (rock) and semi-coal rock, it is concluded that the supporting parameters of rock bolting are different under different tunnel height and surrounding rock properties.
