为了使沼气发酵原料不受冬春季节气温影响,除加强沼气池保温管理外,还要对生产沼气的物质基础采用适应的技术措施。利用热性发酵原料作为添加剂,为发酵细菌提供生长繁殖所需的微量元素,可加速有机物分解,提高产气量。现将有关添加剂及应用技术介绍如下。1.热性发酵原料如豆腐坊、酒坊、粉坊、屠宰场下脚热水等,这些热性废弃物,直接投入池内或经过沉淀入池,可提高池温,增加产气量。2.碳酸氢铵添加剂用量为原料容积的0.1—0.3%,拌在原料中投入池内发酵。可提高产气量30%左右。3.投入蚕沙蚕沙是由蚕粪、残留桑叶和蚕脱皮等组成。蚕粪含氮量很高,尤以可溶尿酸的含量最为丰富;残桑含有大量的蛋白质、纤维素、糖类和磷脂等,可溶糖高达4.72%;蚕粪、蚕脱皮中含氮素
