一、前言: Bax型沸石分子筛作为功能材料已用于从混合Cs芳烃中吸附分离对二甲苯。由于吸附剂的性能主要取决于沸石的本征特性和成型特性,故电子显微方法已在这一领域得到了广泛的应用。本文用SEM、TEM、HEED、EDS四种电子显微方法研究了两种BaX沸石的晶体形貌、结晶规整度、阳离子分布及其对吸附性能的影响,取得了肯定的结果。二、实验部分: 1.试样ADS—7型BaX沸石,美国UOP公司制,CBX—5型BaX沸石,我院研制。
I. Preface: Bax-type zeolites have been used as functional materials to adsorb and separate p-xylene from mixed aromatics. Since the performance of the adsorbent mainly depends on the intrinsic and the forming characteristics of the zeolite, the electron microscopy method has been widely used in this field. In this paper, the SEM, TEM, HEED, EDS four kinds of electron microscopy methods to study the two BaX zeolite crystal morphology, regularity, cationic distribution and its adsorption properties, and achieved positive results. Second, the experimental part: 1. Sample ADS-7 BaX zeolite, the United States UOP company, CBX-5-type BaX zeolite, our hospital development.
