铁路工程是国民经济发展过程中不可缺少的固定投资项目,由于工程的性质与施工特点造成了铁路工程经常出现超概算,文章主要就铁路工程超概算的主要原因进行了分析。
Railway engineering is an indispensable fixed investment project in the process of national economic development. Due to the nature of the project and the construction characteristics, the railway project is often over estimated. The main reasons for the over budgetary estimate of the railway project are mainly analyzed.
