以甘蓝型油莱奥罗(Oro)为受体,诸葛菜(Orychophragmusviolaceus)为供体,用花粉管通道法,在自花授粉24小时后导入诸葛菜总DNA,其后代发生了显著变异。变异率达9.8%。分析比较变异株DI-10和Oro的经济性状表明,主花序有效长度增加29.8%,第一次有效分枝数增加33.3%,有效荚果数增加176.9%,每荚粒数增加18.5%,千粒重增加44.2%,单株产量增加3.67倍;含油量增加2.42%,油酸含量增加14.33%,芥酸减至0.68%。Southren杂交表明,转化油菜(DI-10)产生优良遗传特性是诸葛菜DNA导入所致。
Orychromyces cerevisiae Orychophragmus violaceus was used as donor, and the total DNA of M. dahurica was introduced by pollen tube channel method 24 hours after self-pollination.
