通过清水浸泡麦穗使吸浆虫自然弹出,然后检查小麦吸浆虫。当天自然弹出吸浆虫占总虫数49.5%,7 d弹出占总数85%;水中淘穗法使吸浆虫与籽粒、颖壳自然分离,经浸水自然弹出,一遍淘穗,累计可检出98.2%吸浆虫;10块田对比检验,浸水淘穗法比传统剥穗法检查多获得虫量30.6%,t测验达显著水平;与实际虫量t测验差异不显著。在提高准确性、代表性同时,提高工效80%~90%。
