全国大学毕业生人数近六年来每年增长约11%,至2014年已达到727万人,就业形势严峻。除去对毕业生技术技能的要求,市场对毕业生的软实力要求越来越高。高职学院在培养学生技术技能的同时,也应提升和培养学生的思想道德素质、心理素质、团队合作精神、人际沟通能力、敬业精神等就业软实力,以使学生满足社会经济发展对人才素质的需求,增强学生的就业竞争力,为学生更好的适应就业岗位及职场发展奠定基础。本研究以此为背景,通过分析高职学生的普遍心理特点和行为特征,结合高职就业指导工作的普遍现状,提出运用分阶混成式的方式进行学生就业软实力的提升研究,针对教学前、教学时、就业前、就业后这四个阶段提出了具体的建议和措施。
The number of university graduates in the country has increased by about 11% each year in the past six years, reaching 7.27 million in 2014 and the employment situation is grim. Remove the technical skills of graduates, the market demand for soft power graduates getting higher and higher. While cultivating students’ technical skills, higher vocational colleges should also enhance and cultivate the soft power of employment such as ideological and moral quality, psychological quality, teamwork spirit, interpersonal communication skills and professional dedication so that students can meet the requirements of social and economic development on the quality of talented people And enhance students’ employment competitiveness so as to lay a solid foundation for students to better adapt themselves to employment opportunities and career development. Based on this background, through analyzing the general psychological characteristics and behavioral characteristics of higher vocational students and combining with the general status quo of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges, this study proposes the use of hierarchical mixed-type approach to enhance the employment soft power of students, , Teaching, employment, employment after these four stages put forward specific recommendations and measures.
