目的评价放射性同位素89Sr(锶)治疗多发性前列腺癌骨转移灶的止痛效果及其不良反应。方法89Sr为放射性同位素,发射纯β射线,化学性质类似钙而用于骨。利用其能很好地聚集在骨转移灶周围的破骨细胞及成骨细胞反应灶的特性,以及射线的辐射生物效应,使前列腺癌骨转移灶接受很好的辐射剂量而对周围的正常组织辐射剂量小,定量89SrCl2(氯化锶)注射液静脉注射治疗。结果126例患者止痛有效率为88%,7例患者有“闪烁痛,”15例患者白细胞和(或)血小板暂时性抑制。结论89Sr治疗前列腺癌骨转移灶疗效好,止痛时间长,方法简便、不良反应小,是治疗前列腺癌骨转移灶的一种较好方法。
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect and adverse reactions of radioactive isotope 89Sr (strontium) in the treatment of multiple prostate cancer bone metastases.
