局部及全身应用地塞米松治疗穿透性角膜移植术后排斥反应２４例３２眼。术前角膜无血管组的排斥反应治愈率为８０．０％，平均治愈时间为９．６ｄ；术前角膜有血管组的排斥反应治愈率为５５．６％，平均治愈时间为１５．２ｄ；总治愈串为５９．４％，平均治愈时间为１２．４ｄ。用地塞米松局部结合全身治疗可以缩短治愈时间，提高治愈率，是一种较好的治疗方案。
Topical and systemic dexamethasone treatment of penetrating keratoplasty rejection in 24 cases of 32 eyes. The cure rate of rejection before corneal angioplasty was 80.0% and the average healing time was 9.6 days. The cure rate of rejection before surgery was 55.6% and the average healing time was 15.2 days. The total cure string was 59.4%, the average healing time was 12.4d. Local dexamethasone combined with systemic treatment can shorten the cure time and improve the cure rate, is a better treatment.
