企业传统的融资方式有出口买方信贷、出口卖方信贷和中间业务。买方信贷和卖方信贷是有区别的。在前期开拓方面,由于买方信贷需要银行和国外业主进行商务谈判,前期工作需要承包商配合进出口银行进行大量商务谈判,需要投入比较大的时间和人力成本,而卖方信贷融资主体由出口商自己承担,和银行直接商定信贷条件,相对来说会让承包商在取得商务合同方面取得优势。
The traditional methods of financing enterprises export buyer credit, export seller credit and intermediary business. There is a difference between buyer’s credit and seller’s credit. In the early stage of development, as the buyer’s credit requires commercial negotiation between the bank and the foreign owner, the preliminary work requires the contractor to cooperate with the Ex-Im Bank for a large amount of business negotiation, which requires a relatively large investment in time and labor costs. The seller’s credit financing entity mainly consists of the exporter himself Commitment, and the direct negotiation of credit terms with the bank, will in relative terms give the contractor an advantage in obtaining the commercial contract.
