目的研究失代偿性肾功能不全对心衰患者N端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)浓度的影响。方法选取51例心衰患者,测定血浆N端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、肌酐(Cr)浓度,超声心动图检查测定左心室射血分数(LVEF),记录性别、年龄、体重。结果失代偿性肾功能不全发生率为12%。失代偿性肾功能不全组NT-proBNP为(17683.00±16611.35)ng/L,显著高于肾功能正常组的(2345.26±2568.58)ng/L(P<0.001)。结论 NT-proBNP浓度受到失代偿性肾功能不全的显著影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of decompensated renal insufficiency on the concentration of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with heart failure. Methods Totally 51 patients with heart failure were enrolled in this study. Plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP and creatinine were measured. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was measured by echocardiography. Sex, age and weight were recorded. Results The incidence of decompensated renal insufficiency was 12%. NT-proBNP in patients with decompensated renal insufficiency was (17683.00 ± 16611.35) ng / L, which was significantly higher than that in patients with normal renal function (2345.26 ± 2568.58) ng / L (P <0.001). Conclusion NT-proBNP concentration is significantly affected by decompensated renal insufficiency.
