基于室内藻液配比实验的实测数据研究了抑食金球藻(Aureococcus anophagefferens)、强壮前沟藻(Amphidinium carterae)及海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)的散射特性。结果表明,3种典型赤潮藻的归一化散射光谱存在较大差异,但红光波段675 nm处叶绿素强吸收引起的散射谷均非常明显,而蓝绿光波段散射谷的波长位置却有所不同;400 nm、550 nm、660 nm、750 nm波段的散射系数与叶绿素浓度均存在非常高的相关性,回归曲线因藻种差异变化较大;绿蓝、红蓝及红绿波段的散射比与叶绿素浓度均存在正相关关系,表明随叶绿素浓度增加水色逐渐趋近于长波颜色,回归曲线也因藻种差异变化较大。
The scattering characteristics of Aureococcus anophagefferens, Amphidinium carterae and Prorocentrum micans were studied based on the measured data of the indoor algae liquid ratio experiment.
