混合鞭炮药粉自然爆炸在爆炸案件中并不多见,如何确定系自爆也有一定难度,笔者在工作中碰到1例,报告如下.1 案例1998年7月20日凌晨5时30分,兴山县某花炮厂宿舍楼102房突然发生爆炸,导致3间2层楼房倒塌,造成1人死亡,3人重伤.经过现场勘查发现,102房内有一直径为30cm、深8cm的炸坑.炸坑上有一直径为30cm的圆形木质桶底,桶底一面附着大量灰黑色残留物,并留有燃烧痕迹.炸坑旁还有一严重扭曲变形的铁桶圈.
