海口市国家税务局是全国税收征管改革的试点单位,经过两年来的不懈努力,该局已建立起新的税收征管模式和税收征管运行新机制,征管改革取得了显著成效。国家税务总局对该局的征管改革给予了充分肯定,并以专报形式上报国务院。近两年来,该局先后获得海南省税务系统先进集体、海口市转变机关工作作风、提高工作效率、提高服务质量工作先进单位、海口市十佳职业道德建设先进集体等光荣称号,该局海甸办税服务厅还被总局授予全国最佳办税服务厅光荣称号。
Haikou Municipal State Taxation Bureau is a pilot unit of tax reform in the whole country. After two years of unremitting efforts, the bureau has established a new tax collection and management system and a new mechanism for tax collection and administration. The reform has achieved remarkable results. The State Administration of Taxation fully affirmed the reform of the administration of the bureau and submitted it to the State Council in the form of a special report. In the past two years, the council has won the honorary title of Advanced Collective of Hainan Province’s Taxation System, Haikou City, Transforming its Working Style, Improving Working Efficiency, Improving Quality of Service, Advanced Collective of Top Ten Professional Ethics in Haikou, Office of Tax Service Office also was awarded the best national Office of Tax Service glorious title.
