This paper discusses the technology-based transformation of the first steelmaking transformation project of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, and uses management as a means to permeate the entire process of project management. The transformation project achieves the design of the year, the construction of the year, the year of delivery, the production of the year, and the production of the day.
