我们所处的经济环境是市场经济环境,市场经济体制实质上就是一种市场竞争机制,同行业间竞争的结果,就是优胜劣汰,适者生存。而企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来并得到发展壮大,关键就是生产出或提供优质价廉的产品或服务。只有这样,才能更好地满足顾客、赢得顾客、占领市场,并在激烈的竞争中取胜。在竞争中若要以低价取胜,则必须以低成本为前提。只有降低成本,才有降低价格的可能;若不考虑成本,就想降价取胜,是绝对不可能的,只能在竞争中失败。所以,在市场经济条件下加强成本管理具有非常重要的意义。
The economic environment in which we operate is a market economy environment. The market economic system is essentially a market competition mechanism. The result of competition among industries is the survival of the fittest. And enterprises to survive in the fierce market competition and have to grow and develop, the key is to produce or provide quality products or services. Only in this way can better meet customers, win customers, occupy the market, and win the fierce competition. To compete at low prices to win, you must be low-cost as a prerequisite. Only by lowering costs can we reduce the price. If we do not consider the cost, it is absolutely impossible to cut prices to win. It can only be failed in the competition. Therefore, under the condition of market economy, it is very important to strengthen cost management.
