一、人民币升值问题与中国房地产市场现状(一)人民币升值问题自年初到全国“两会”召开,多重迹象表明,因国际金融危机而一度中断的人民币汇改进程,即将再续新篇。6月17日,1美元兑人民币中间价为6.8277元,该因素再度引发市场对人民币升值的预期。人民币币值的稳定与否,对中国经济稳定发展意义重大。
