Deck Cable又称甲板电缆,在深海地震拖缆作业中是很重要的设备,它承载着连接船载设备和后甲板绞车电滑环的任务,并提供高达430v的高压电到水下电缆的作用。东方物探公司深海物探处BGP Prospector船队目前使用的是美国ION公司生产的digistreamer凝胶电缆。在船队三维深海拖缆勘探中,甲板电缆使用量较大。随着电缆设备使用年限的增加,故障率越来越高。因此,能现场实现甲板电缆的维修及做接头的工作,能极大的提高生产效率,并减少客观的成本支出。
Deck Cable, also known as Deck Cable, is an important piece of equipment for deep-sea seismic streamer operations. It carries the task of connecting slip rings to the onboard equipment and the rear deck winch and provides up to 430V of high voltage power to the underwater cable effect. The BGP Prospector fleet of the Oriental Geophysical Company Deep Sea Geophysical Agency currently uses the digistreamer gel cable from ION Corporation of the United States. In the three-dimensional deep-sea streamer survey of the fleet, the use of deck cables is relatively large. As the service life of cable equipment increases, the failure rate is getting higher and higher. Therefore, it can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the objective cost for repairing the deck cable and making the joint work on site.
