目前,在我国的高等教育机构中,博雅教育正逐步得到认可和建构。“博雅”一词源于拉丁语[Liberal]。the liberal arts,是指着重于开阔智力而不在于专业和技术需要的一种教育,包括诸如哲学、历史、语言等学科。博雅教育率先在欧洲和美国兴起,并逐渐被世界各国接受与实践。这一教育观念最早应源于古希腊的自由民教育。现代博雅教育旨在从人文、艺术教育入手,让大学生领略民族优秀传统,博采世界文化精华,增强学生在文、史、哲、艺等领域认知的广度和深度,并转化为自身的内在修养,从而达到增强人文底蕴,促进人才培养的目的。
At present, liberal education is gradually being recognized and constructed in our higher education institutions. “Boyaa ” comes from Latin [Liberal]. the liberal arts refers to an education focused on the broadening of intelligence rather than professional and technological needs, including such disciplines as philosophy, history, language, etc. Liberal education took the lead in Europe and the United States rise, and gradually accepted and practiced by all countries in the world. This concept of education should first originate from the ancient Greek liberal education. Modern liberal arts education aims at starting with humanities and arts education so that university students can enjoy the excellent traditions of the nation, draw upon the world’s cultural essence, and enhance students’ breadth and depth of cognition in the fields of literature, history, philosophy, art and the like, and transform themselves into their own internal Cultivation, so as to enhance the humanities heritage, and promote the purpose of personnel training.
