1985年以来,我们在搞好小学教师学历培训的同时,着手抓了小学教师的继续教育,坚持学历培训和岗位培训两手抓,使我市小学教师素质有了明显提高。继续教育的必要性 1979年我市小学教师学历“达标”率为28.7％,经过学历培训,到1985年我市小学教师学历“达标”率已提高到72％,今年可以基本完成学历培训任务。学历“达标”后的教师培训工作怎么搞,成了大家十分关注的问题。
