目的探索西昌市沟渠和梯田钉螺分布特点,为控制钉螺提供依据。方法选择10个自然村开展沟渠钉螺调查,采用系统抽样法查螺,框距10m;在1个自然村开展梯田壁钉螺调查,观察钉螺分布与进水口距离、田壁高度的关系。结果10个自然村共有沟渠439条,有螺沟347条,占79.04%。共查螺8406框(每框=0.11m2),有螺3542框,有螺框出现率42.14%,平均活螺密度1.41只/框。钉螺主要分布于有草的土质沟渠中。梯田进水口处钉螺占全部钉螺的79.00%,5m内占全部钉螺的94.53%;钉螺主要分布在梯田壁下部,占全部钉螺的97.56%。结论钉螺主要分布于有草的土质沟渠中,以及梯田的进水口附近和田壁下部,这是西昌市查灭螺工作的重点。
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of snail in ditches and terraces in Xichang and provide the basis for the control of snail. Methods Trench snail investigation was conducted in 10 natural villages. The sampling distance was 10 m. The snail investigation on terraced fields in a natural village was conducted to observe the relationship between snail distribution and water inlet distance and the height of field wall. Results There were altogether 439 ditches in the 10 natural villages with 347 spiral grooves, accounting for 79.04%. A total of 8406 check boxes (each box = 0.11m2), a snail 3542 box, snail box occurrence rate of 42.14%, the average live snail density of 1.41 / box. Snails are mainly distributed in grassy soil ditches. The snails at the terraced water inlet account for 79.00% of the total snail, accounting for 94.53% of the total snail within 5m. The snails are mainly distributed in the lower part of the terrace wall, accounting for 97.56% of the total snail. Conclusion Snails are mainly distributed in grassy soil ditches, and near the water inlet of terraces and the lower part of the Tian wall, which is the focus of the investigation of snail in Xichang.
