党的第三代领导集体在我国社会主义建设新的历史时期,结合我国具体国情,继承并逐步深化了马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论,极大丰富了马克思主义的人学思想。指出了人的全面发展是理想性与现实性相统一;说明了人的全面发展是社会发展的重要内容,它在社会发展中居于核心地位;提出了人的全面发展的核心内容是人的素质的全面发展;并提出了实现人的全面发展途径。
