毛细管电泳(CE)技术是研究生物分子之间或生物分子与其他小分子之间相互作用的主要方法之一,而基于生物大分子(多糖、核酸、蛋白质、酶)或生物大分子组装体(细胞膜、细菌、活细胞)与目标分子间的相互作用研究,已发展出潜在活性药物筛选、手性药物对映体拆分及物质检测(分子识别)等方面应用的CE方法。本文对不同种类生物材料包括多糖、核酸、蛋白质、酶、细胞膜、细菌和活细胞在CE中的应用进行综述,以期为生物材料在CE中进一步应用研究提供参考。
Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is one of the main methods to study the interaction between biomolecules or biomolecules and other small molecules. However, capillary electrophoresis (CE) is one of the main methods to study the interaction of biomolecules with other macromolecules (polysaccharides, nucleic acids, proteins, enzymes) , Bacteria, living cells) and target molecules, we have developed the CE method for potential active drug screening, chiral drug enantiomer resolution and substance detection (molecular recognition). This review summarizes the applications of different kinds of biomaterials including polysaccharides, nucleic acids, proteins, enzymes, cell membranes, bacteria and living cells in CE in order to provide reference for the further application of biomaterials in CE.
