从福建龙眼根际土壤中,发现了一个VA根真菌优势种(种名待定),在此基础上进行了扩繁培养和生长效应的研究。初步结果表明,以优势种孢子接种龙眼幼苗,然后以侵染成功的龙眼幼苗作为过渡,套种红三叶草,能大大提高红三叶草的侵染成功率,这是在本省环境条件下,进行优势种扩繁培养的一条可行途径。盆栽接种试验初步表明,优势种能促进龙眼对磷的吸收,从而促进幼苗的生长。
From the rhizosphere of Fujian Longan, we found a dominant species of VA root fungi (species name to be determined), on the basis of expansion propagation and growth effects.
