外放疗是治疗鼻咽癌的主要方法之一 ,效果尚佳。为进一步提高疗效 ,我们于 1 992～ 1 997年对我科收治鼻咽癌 83例均给予常规外放疗 ,并对鼻咽腔内仍有病灶残存者补充后装近距离放疗量 ,参考点为每次 4～ 6Ｇｙ ,每周 2次。发现采用等效剂量范围内适当小分次剂量、多次照射效果 Radiotherapy is one of the main methods of treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the effect is still good.
